House Imprest

The ward should always have a credit of Rs.6000/- in the Imprest Account. New parents will deposit Rs.12000/- This is for the personal requirements of the ward including Pocket Money which will be paid to the child monthly by her house mistress.

Bills outstandings are not sent to the parents. Fees will be paid on or before the dates given or else late fee will be charged. No outstation cheques are accepted. Parents are requested to make payments by cash/demand draft on the due dates. The admission fee once paid is not refundable. All arrears must be cleared for all classes by 31st January failing which the student shall not be allowed to appear for the examination.

Bank of Baroda Extension
has an extension Counter in the school. Arrangements exist to receive all fees through the bank. Pay-in-slip will be issued to all students for paying fees in the Bank.

If fees are not received by the due date, a fine of Rs.5/- per day will be charged for each day including holidays. The name of the pupil may be struck off from the school roll for non payments of fees & the student may be re-admitted at the discretion of the Principal on payment of all the arrears and a fresh admission fee of Rs.2000/- Telephonic or verbal, queries are not permissible regarding accounts. All requests to be made in writing only.

Admission in class XI will be considered as fresh admission. Rs.2000/- will be charged from all those students who seek admission in class XI.

Withdrawal Notice (Day Students)

Parents are requested to give one month’s notice for the intended, withdrawal of a day student. If such notice is not given, full fees for one month will be charged.
