Biotechnology has been introduced recently at class XI level and for which we have a fully functional well-equipped laboratory where students perform practical's viz culturing bacteria, isolation of DNA molecules and isolation of bacterial colonies. The lab is equipped with Ocloclave, Laminar flower, incubator and spectrophotometers to name a few.

The counselling cell is committed to guide young minds by helping them understand their strengths and weaknesses and also by providing them with requisite know how of the emerging trends.The cell is fully computerised, all the latest forms for the competitive exams that can be downloaded through the net are made available and the rest of them are procured from various centers.

Teenage is confusing. The study years are an important step towards discovering oneself and the contribution one can make in the world around us. Choosing a career is a major decision and an incorrect one can lead to frustration. Keeping this in mind various career oriented lectures are given by the school counsellor on all topics from bio-technology to beauty. Various career talks are organised time and again to clear all the doubts that the students have in mind. The resource persons from different field are invited to deliver informative lectures wherein all the queries that the students have are taken care of.

The students along with their counsellor organise CAREER - FAIRS to educate their peers for options open after 10+2 and beyond. The counselling cell is providing quality services in the areas of career aptitude assessment, career planning, International education and consultation with subject experts. Its mission is to help children by facilitating the process of arriving at the right decision by analysis, testing and introspection. The psychological aptitude test for class X are conducted. The scores of the students are taken into application for selection of streams i.e. Science, Commerce and Humanities. The forms for different scholarship exams like NTSE, STSE, SCIENCE OLYMPIAD, EXAMS Conducted by UNIFIED COUNCIL., etc are given and filled here.

A means of creative articulation and self expression is through art, craft, dance and Music. Fine art and Commercial art are one of the subject combination for class XI and XII. Art is compulsory for classes 1st to class 8th various competitions such as Card Making, Poster Making, Rangoli and Mehandi etc are held thought out the year. Our girls actively participate in these competitions.

For classes XI and XII the girls have to take any one of the following. Work Experience, Batik, Blue Pottery, Tie & Dye, Clay Modeling, Needle work, meal planning, Paper Machie, Dance, Music.

For classes IX and X - The girls have to take anyone of the following crafts. i.e. Tie-Dye, Nib painting, Stain glass, paper Machie, Computers, Tailoring, Knitting & Embroidery.

Art Education: For class IX & X- The candidate to choose any one of the following. Music, Dance- Kathak or Bharat Natiyam and Art.

There are fully equipped labs for physics, chemistry, biotech , bio and home science. In addition there are three computer labs for the primary, junior, and senior sections. the computer labs are equipped with latest pentium IV computers. Extensive use is made of cd’s and the internet for updating and collecting the informations on various academic subjects and the same is disseminated to the children through various audio-video aids in the class rooms and centrallly in the labs also. Recently the school has added the general science lab for the benefit of the junior section.
